The fourth World Cuisine dinner features the cuisine of Italy. A 3-course meal inspired by Italy's fine ingredient combinations and fresh taste.
We open the meal with Grissini, thin crispy bread sticks that will make a fun crunch in your mouth. Next is Potato Croquettes served with marinara sauce. Of course an Italian dinner is not complete without a fresh salad. We will be serving a fine Arugula salad with oyster mushrooms and prosciutto. The entree features a traditional Pork Saltimbocca with Polenta and Roasted Eggplant. We complete the culinary journey with cannolis served with sweet Ricotta, Strawberries and Chocolate. This dinner will be a memorable one!

The third World Cuisine dinner features a 3-course meal inspired by Norway's simple yet wholesome combinations.
Norwegian cuisine is based largely on the raw materials readily available in its beautiful mountains, wilderness, and coast. Many of the traditional dishes are results of using conserved materials, with respect to the long winters.
We open the meal with a traditional Herring pickled in an ancient Viking-style served with cucumber and red onion salad, a Norwegian classic! Followed by Fårikål a Slow cooked mutton with carrot, potato, cabbage and black pepper corns served with Kumla, tender potato dumplings. Finally we close with Krumkake, a crisp cake with a creamy light filling.
We will be pairing this dish with a non-alcoholic glogg.

The second World Cuisine dinner features a 3-course meal inspired by Thailand's diverse fresh flavors and dynamic combinations.
We open the meal with a traditional Thai coconut soup known as Tom Kha Gai. Followed by a very flavorful Massaman Beef Curry. For the vegetarian palate, we will serve Thai Green Curry; lemongrass, coriander seeds, green chilies, galangal, kaffir lime leaves, coconut milk , and tofu. Served with Jasmine Rice. Finally we close with a Thai Pumpkin Custard.
We will be pairing this dish with Lemongrass Tea and Thai Iced Tea.

The first World Cuisine dinner features a 3-course meal inspired by India's rich flavors and aromatic delights.
We open the meal with Onion Pakoras a traditional appetizer known as Indian Onion Fritters served with Chutney.
Followed by Gosht Durbari a Classic slow-cooked, deep dark Lamb Curry with rich and flavorful tones served with rice and raita, an Indian yogurt dip.
For the vegetarian palate, we will serve Tiki Masala; fresh hearty vegetables like cauliflower, carrots, and peas in a rich-tasting sauce bursting with warm spices; served with Basmati rice. Finally we close with Mango Cheesecake.
We will be pairing this dish with Chai.
